This Collection aims to bring together the latest research on the cardiovascular effects of radiation exposure, both from medical treatments such as radiotherapy and from environmental or occupational sources.

Submissions are encouraged on the following topics:

2. Epidemiology and risk factors
3. Diagnostic biomarkers
4. Imaging techniques for early detection
5. Prevention and mitigation strategies
6. Radiotherapy and cardiovascular risk
7. Long-term cardiovascular outcomes in cancer survivors
8. Animal models and experimental studies
9. Radiation protection in medical settings
10. Integrative approaches in cardio-oncology
